There is a paved road from the Port Melon highway up Cascadia Parkway to intersect Storvold Rd leading from existing phase 1 subdivision into the subject Phase 2.
Phase 2 has majority of area with potential for residential development.
Phase 2 views are from a higher elevation and will attract much larger ocean views. This view includes Mt Baker behind on a clear day.
